Keithley 2110-120 No Measurements on any setting
I have a keithley 2110-120 with firmware 02.03-03-20 Serial Number 8015840.
When I power on I get a display VDC Range 1 VDC with _ . _ _ _ _ _ as the value. All functions and ranges give me the same value.
When I run Self Test it displays SELF TEST TESTING and dose not give any results and none of the keys will respond. The warranty expired a few months ago. I tried installing the latest firmware but I still had the same problem.
Has anyone else had this problem? Did you find a solution?
