    I updated E02 firmware on 6221 device with A02 firmware. now it shows "FGGA COMMERR". I am trying to revert back to A04 but the downgrade is getting blocked it shows firmware downgrade blocked please contact keithley support. Any one knows how to get around this warning and downgrade.Any help is much appreciated. Tried to contact keithley online support but no response.
