I have a 2465 and the display is blank, no rotor, nothing when you press beam finder. Can I get a boost on where to look?
thanks

I assume no rotor means the fan isn't running. This likely indicates a failure in the power supply and that is the first thing that needs to be checked. The service manual has the procedures for checking the supply. You must have proper experience/training/qualifications to attempt internal repairs with the voltages present.

Sorry rotor was autocorrected. Should have said no raster.
