Cannot Open SignalVu-Pc app

Hi,
I have been using my RSA306B with the SignalVu 4.1.22 but suddenly I cannot open the software application.
It is installed on a Windows 10 22H2. When I click on the SignalVU-PC it seems to start but in a couple of seconds it closes. 
I have tried to re-install the SignalVu-PC and also, I have downloaded a newer version to try. But it is the same.
Attached is the error report I can get from windows after the application crushes.

Any Idea to solve it?

I also get this error. I am on a Windows 10 22H2 PC. Was a fix ever found?

Tektronix obviously doesn't monitor or apparently care about these 3 posts about Signal Vu hanging. 
I just deleted mine.
