Is there an option to upgrade a DPO72004C to an MSO version? I'd also like pricing to add option USB3. Thank you.

This upgrade does exist, listed as part number MSO70KC-UP and the USB3 option can be added with part number DPO-UP USB3. Please contact buy@tektronix.com for pricing.
