I tried to update MSO54 firmware from version 1.44 to the latest at the moment version 2.12.5 from USB stick. At the end of installation procedure a message appeared that update failed and firmware should be downloaded again, so I did that. However, this time the oscilloscope does not turn on properly, staying with the dark display after power on. Has anyone ideas how to complete the firmware update or reboot the oscilloscope?
